After your party

If orders were taken, complete the order form for the party.
Do not staple or gem clip your check to the order form. Make one check payable to WorldCrafts. (Our system can only process one check per order form. Please remember to send in just one check for your group order. Or, have each person fill out his or her own form to accompany his or her check.) Place the order form and check into one envelope.
